Clinton County is set to get a new judicial center. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled later today, officially starting construction on the facility at 302 N. Cross St. in Albany. The Kentucky General Assembly authorized the project in 2020. Once completed in 2028, the two-story, 31,177-square-foot building will house all court services in the county.
